EMU7800 is an emulator for the Atari 7800 and 2600 systems. The emulator used to be in the Windows Store but now you have to get it directly from the author's location on GitHub. This emulator runs in Windows 10 and has a high degree of compatibility and even comes with a large library of Atari 7800 and 2600 games. There are a few nuances to manage the game library but this video provides a manual method of organizing your games so they're easily to find and play.
