The Atari Lynx Handy Emulator has built-in system for saving and restoring your game progress. You can save an unlimited number of saves for each and every Atari Lynx Game.

But the emulator's save system has one drawback. It takes a two-key combination to invoke the save or restore menu. Problem is that during that second or two to press the combination, your character could be killed or progress lost. Fortunately there is a single keypress that allows you to pause the game which allows you to use the mouse to select the save and restore. Even better, after you restore, the emulator pauses the game until you press a key to continue.
